About Tom Murphy

Tom Murphy is originally from the Dallas area where he grew up in a family with an entrepreneurial spirit in the construction industry. He has previously worked in the banking industry with Texas Commerce Bank. After graduating from law school, he opened his law practice.

Mr. Murphy has experience litigating in a variety of legal matters for plaintiffs and defendants. His litigation experience includes contract disputes, lien disputes, payment disputes, construction liability, defective workmanship, real estate disputes, commercial and residential lease disputes, breach of warranty, business debt collections, and fraud claims.
